This policy describes refunds, cancellations, returns, and delivery for services provided by Oilcan Holdings LLC, including CabinShare and Chisel.
1) Delivery method and timing
Our products are provided digitally. Access is delivered through online accounts after signup and activation. No physical goods are shipped.
2) Refund policy
Customers may request a refund by contacting hello@oilcan.co. Refund eligibility is reviewed based on account usage, billing cycle timing, and applicable law.
3) Cancellation policy
Subscription services can be canceled by contacting support. Cancellations stop future billing from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.
4) Returns
Because services are digital, physical product returns do not apply.
